It´s easy to pick words from the bible that suits Your view upon life and throw it into the face of people who is born or feel different!! |

1 I want to sell my daughter as a slave! (Exodus 21:7) (What would be the right price in these days,-should it be euro or dollars?) 2 In Leviticus 25:44 it says that I can buy both male and female slaves, as long as they are bought from a neighbour country! (Sweden was Danish some years ago, so is it ok to buy a Swede?) 3 I have a neighbour that insists to work on the Sabbath (sunday) Exodus 35:2 is absolutely clear about this: He has to be killed! (Am I the man to do this killing myself ??) 4 One of my friends thinks that even though he eats shellfish (Leviticus 11:10) homosexuality is worse,-I disagree! Who is right? 5 |
6 Most of my friends go to the hairdresser. They get the hair trimmed and they also have their beards trimmed. This is clearly a sin according to Leviticus 19:27 7 I have read in Leviticus 11:7-8, that I´m not allowed to toutch remains of a dead pig, this will make me unclean! (Can I play American football if I wear gloves??) 8 My Uncle is a farmer. He sins according to Leviticus 19:19, because he plants 2 different kinds of plants on the same field. His wife isn´t much better: she wears clothing made of 2 different kinds of materials! Also my uncle has the bad habbit of swearing! Is it really nesseceary that we gather the whole village to kill them with rocks and stones? (Leviticus 24:10-16) Isn´t it easier just to burn them in their home? The bible contains six admonishments to homosexuals and 362 admonishments to heterosexuals. That doesn't mean that God doesn't
love heterosexuals. It's just means that they need more supervision.
