This is a bird we all know: the mallard! proberbly the most widespread bird in all of europe.
A souce of entertaining for small duckfeeding kids and calming and relaxing part of the everyday to all us busy people!Due to the amount of lakes and ponds in Copenhagen,
-the mallard is  very common also here,-but what is also very nice is that the mallard tend to nest the strangest places, and when the ducklingds hatches they have to
cross busy streets andopen areas to the nearest lake. An event that makes the traffic stop and  people smile!
